Returns policy

I would like you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return for a refund then please notify me immediately via email.

The item must be returned complete and undamaged within 14 days in the original packaging from date of receipt. I would recommend you insure the item eg special delivery when posting as you will be responsible for any losses. I will refund, less original postage costs within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

NB For bespoke commissions refunds are generally not given as it may not be possible to resale the item. If I deem it possible, then a refund will be given e.g. not personalised.
