Commissions

If an item in the online store is showing as sold or not in stock, or if you like one of the items in the Gallery, I will be happy to make it for you, just ask. However, as no two items are identical the colour of the glass or size of driftwood for example may be slightly different. You are more than welcome to request alternative colours to those in the store.

If you have an idea for something totally different, please discuss with me your idea, budget and required date and I will let you know if it is feasible. Any and all enquiries are welcome without any obligation.

The process

Once I receive your enquiry, I will get in touch with you to discuss further. I will then produce a draft design for your item and a selection of glass colours as per your requirements. Once you are happy with these, I will provide a final price quotation and time scale for delivery.

I will keep you updated on a regular basis with pictures of progress if you would like this. Once completed I will contact you to make arrangements for delivery/collection.

The finer details

Deposit: For items over £50, a deposit of 30% (non refundable) is required before I start so I can order the required materials for your project.

Final balance: Due on completion and before delivery/collection.

Payment: Via BACS or PayPal

Timescales: As all items are bespoke and handmade, the time scale can be between 3 to 6 weeks from final design decision to delivery. This will vary depending on demand, time of year e.g. Christmas and your individual requirements.

Copyright: I reserve the rights to the design pattern, which may not be resold or reproduced.

Promotion: With your agreement, I will post a photograph of the completed work on the website and social media but without your name, unless you approve. This would only be done after the intended recipient is in receipt of the item.
